JeetBuzz Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

Welcome to JeetBuzz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and JeetBuzz ("JeetBuzz", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the JeetBuzz platform located at jeetbuzz.cash, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services made available on or through the platform.

JeetBuzz was built specifically for Pakistani players – a platform designed around the way people in Pakistan access the internet, manage money, and enjoy gaming. These Terms have been written to be as clear and straightforward as possible. We want you to understand exactly what you are agreeing to before you register, deposit, or place a single bet on JeetBuzz.

Please read every section of these Terms before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create a JeetBuzz account or use the platform in any way. Continued use of JeetBuzz following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To register for and use a JeetBuzz account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JeetBuzz does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing JeetBuzz from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person, not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or organisation.
• You must not already hold a suspended or permanently closed JeetBuzz account under any name or identity.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during the verification process. Failure to complete satisfactory verification may result in restriction of your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is successfully completed.

JeetBuzz applies age verification checks as part of its commitment to responsible gaming. Any member found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account immediately closed and any winnings or balance forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active JeetBuzz account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any outstanding balances being voided.

When registering on JeetBuzz, you are required to provide truthful and accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile phone number, and a valid email address where applicable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all activity that occurs under your JeetBuzz account.

• Do not share your JeetBuzz login details with any other person.
• Notify JeetBuzz support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for ensuring your contact details remain current. JeetBuzz cannot be held liable for failed communications caused by outdated member information.
• Account transfers between individuals are strictly prohibited. Your JeetBuzz account belongs to you personally and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred.

JeetBuzz may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject any registration application. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by applicable law.

All deposits and withdrawals on JeetBuzz are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JeetBuzz does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Funds deposited to your JeetBuzz account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt. JeetBuzz accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (bank transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted during normal processing hours are typically completed within 30 minutes. JeetBuzz reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the JeetBuzz account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• JeetBuzz will not process withdrawals to accounts where the identity of the account holder does not match the JeetBuzz member's verified identity.
• Deposits made to your JeetBuzz account that remain unused for a period of 12 consecutive months of account inactivity may be subject to an administrative handling fee as described in your account terms.
• JeetBuzz does not accept deposits from or make payments to individuals on international sanctions lists.

JeetBuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, and seasonal promotions. All JeetBuzz bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated on the promotion page.

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by individuals who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each specific promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per IP address and per payment method. JeetBuzz may decline bonus claims from accounts that appear to be connected to existing member accounts.
• JeetBuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• Using bonus funds to fulfil the stake requirements of arbitrage bets, low-risk strategies, or any activity that JeetBuzz determines to be bonus abuse will result in the removal of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

The JeetBuzz refer-a-friend programme is governed by its own specific programme terms in addition to these general Terms. Members participating in the programme must ensure that referred individuals are genuine new members who have not previously held a JeetBuzz account.

All bets placed on JeetBuzz are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the sport, league, or game in question. By placing a bet on JeetBuzz, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant rules for that market.

General betting rules on JeetBuzz:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where the cash-out feature is available and you choose to exercise it before the relevant event concludes.
• JeetBuzz reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by human or system error ("palpable error"). Members will be notified of any voided bets and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) betting odds update in real time. JeetBuzz may temporarily suspend live markets during stoppages, reviews, or significant game events. Bets placed just before a suspension are accepted at the odds shown at the time of confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip and may be adjusted by JeetBuzz at any time.
• Bets accepted in error due to a technical malfunction may be voided by JeetBuzz at its discretion.
• Match result bets on football are settled on 90-minute result only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for standard 1X2 markets.

For cricket betting on JeetBuzz, all bets are settled on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Rain-interrupted matches and abandoned games are settled according to the specific cricket betting rules available in the platform's help section.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JeetBuzz and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potentially legal action where applicable:

• Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds on JeetBuzz.
• Money laundering: Using JeetBuzz as a vehicle to process, disguise, or legitimise proceeds from criminal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any JeetBuzz game or betting market.
• Cheating software: Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the JeetBuzz platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between JeetBuzz and other platforms in a way that constitutes bonus or odds abuse.
• Account sharing: Allowing third parties to access or operate your JeetBuzz account.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards JeetBuzz staff or other members through any communication channel.

JeetBuzz employs monitoring systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. If we reasonably suspect a violation of these rules, we reserve the right to immediately freeze the account pending investigation. During any investigation period, withdrawals may be withheld until the matter is resolved.

JeetBuzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on JeetBuzz, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JeetBuzz will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention systems) strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from JeetBuzz at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect immediately.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion if it determines, with or without prior notice, that:

• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.
• The member's account has remained inactive for an extended period per our inactivity policy.

Members may also close their own JeetBuzz account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at support@jeetbuzz.cash. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

JeetBuzz will provide a reason for any account suspension where legally permitted to do so. Where a suspension is under investigation, JeetBuzz may be unable to provide full details until the investigation is concluded.

JeetBuzz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JeetBuzz shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or system errors beyond JeetBuzz's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use JeetBuzz.
• Third-party payment processing delays or errors not caused by JeetBuzz.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit JeetBuzz's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. JeetBuzz's total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your JeetBuzz account in the three months preceding the relevant claim.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JeetBuzz will notify active members via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, wherever practicable.

Minor amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect member rights, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law) may be implemented without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at jeetbuzz.cash/terms-conditions and is dated at the top of the document. Your continued use of JeetBuzz after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using JeetBuzz and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to JeetBuzz's operating jurisdiction. JeetBuzz operates with the intent to serve Pakistani players in a fair, transparent and lawful manner.

In the event of a dispute between you and JeetBuzz, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at support@jeetbuzz.cash, providing full details of your complaint. JeetBuzz is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a resolution within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. JeetBuzz records all bets and account transactions, and these records shall be the primary source of evidence in any disputed matter.
